Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. I booked an appointment in advance, expecting at least basic courtesy but the service was beyond appalling. When I arrived, not a single employee acknowledged my presence. I get that the three employees were talking to other customers, but I stood there for 10 minutes without even a glance in my direction. When I finally tried to explain why I was there, one of the employees cut me off mid-sentence, completely ignored me and continued chatting with her client. Then, another customer entered the shop and yes, she was also ignored. But moments later, an employee rushed over to chat with her at the till, making it obvious that they pick and choose who they care to acknowledge. After waiting for the employee to finish talking, I thought someone would finally address me but no, the employee was about to walk away without a word until I had to forcefully mention my appointment. Only then, she told me to sit and wait. Seriously, what is the point of booking an appointment if they can’t even be bothered to greet customers? I cancelled my appointment and left. I refuse to waste my time and money here

We’ve been on holiday in Dublin, walking everywhere to see the sights, and my unsupportive shoes left my feet extremely sore. I stopped by Foot Solutions, where Kevin quickly analyzed my needs and found the perfect supportive shoes. The relief was immediate, and my pain was nearly gone! I bought them on the spot, and as a bonus, he even recommended a great place for fish and chips. Kevin was fantastic, and we now have the best impression of Foot Solutions. Thank you, Kevin!
